On Wednesday, December 12, we went to visit the Clifton Budd and DeMaria, LLP Law Firm at 420 Lexington Ave, Suite 420. We left Little Red at 9:30 and my mom drove us there by car. Our interview starts at 10:00. We get there five minutes early and go up. We wait for him and form some more questions like, what was the most interesting case you have ever done? What was the weirdest case you have ever done? What is a common problem in your cases? We met Richard Muser, the attorney that we are meeting with and his associate, Stephanie Munsky. We started the interview by asking the questions above. The realized the law firm we are in interviewing defends the companies that are getting sued by the women. It was interesting to see the different side to the story. We learned that there are always 3 sides to the story, one person’s side, the other person’s side, then the truth. Personally, I didn’t agree with the majority of the things they said, like usually when a company gets sued by a woman it’s only for the money and they take it and run. After the interview we asked if they had an cases coming up relating to our topic and they said that they don’t but if they did they would contact us and tell us when their case was.
