In my mind, this is how I saw an atom. I made my atom this way because I know that atoms are small, but molecules are smaller. An atom is made out of several different molecules. The rings around the sphere, the main component, represent the different parts of the atom and the different molecules. The rings are different colors because different molecules are probably different colors. The center sphere is green because when I think about things like this, I imagine the main parts to be green. The bubble represents the whole thing and its binding.
My atom is most like Ernie Rutherford’s model from 1909 because I have the rings. I don’t have the electrons or a multi peice nucleus. I have an invisable ball taht I thought would be it’s own little piece of gravity holding it together. My atom is most like E. R’s idea because of the rings and the single peice nucleus.
I like that interlockyness with the rings. It looks pretty cool.
