I have finished many smaller projects but have been putting off my larger documentary. I think it is because it’s been difficult to keep up with. I’ve been trying to find more time to watch the online course and believe this will greatly help me organizing what footage I have and what message I am trying to convey through it. So far I have completed shooting much of what I need and now I need to focus on the scriptwriting portation of my documentary. Sometimes I reach out to friends and family and run my ideas by them or even have them help flush out my own. Since I have never worked on a project so big, important, and relevant to now in addition to it being one of the most studied time periods of our lives, I do feel pressure to make it a good film.
