Connect to outside sources (article/book/podcast/ted talk/blog/website/etc) [CR4]

The outside sources that I have been using have consisted of 3 books & several Master Classes taught by world renowned professionals from billionaire Sara Blakely to Howard Shultz the CEO of the Starbucks Corporation. The lessons that I have learned and incorporated into my project are priceless, from understanding the role of human connection, to the ideal time and way to split up equity. When considering my essential question I cant help but think about how luck I am to be able to use theses resources. Otherwise I don’t think my project would be nearly as good as it would have been without.

When I think about my question of, “What is it like to create a startup?” I think most people would have thought that I would have tried to accomplish answering this question by Interning or something thing conventional, but instead I choose to start my own company and go through the steps myself, with a little help of course.

The Startup Check List, & Zero To One changed my life paradigm when it came to my ideas and beliefs that I originally had about innovation and creating a startup. Zero To One taught me about the importance of Horizontal Innovation vs the stagnation of Vertical Innovation, Creating something thing new vs improving an existing technology. And the Startup checklist helped me organize my thoughts and business documents.

These resources helped me to answer my essential question by being a guide.
