This week I made a number of dishes including bread, stew, and chicken pot pie. One big difficulty I struggled with when making bread was that the weather was too cold for the bread to rise. I compacted this issue by setting the bread to rise next to a wood-burning stove to bring more heat into the air.

One of the biggest changed to my project in the last couple of days is the possibility of integrating an internship element into my project. As things continue to change and stores get more used to their new ways of doing things, Spruce, an organic produce store near me has offered me a social media focused internship. Along with doing my project as it is now, I have been coordinating with the owners of Spruce to see if I can seize this opportunity.
