I chose my style because I have Irish roots and I wanted to make music to celebrate that. I learned that in Irish music that measures repeat like 4 times. I also learned that the 2 main notes in the style are G and D. And the most common instruments used in Irish folk music are the Fiddle,Tin whistle, Flute, and Uilleann pipes
We Finished Our Orange Book!!
In spanish after a year and a half we have finished our workbook!! I feel really confident in all I have learned with the book. I feel like I have made a lot of progress!
The Perfect Plate
We made a chart of what we eat for lunch and we studyed what the perfect plate was and how we could work on what we eat at lunch I learned that you need a diverse plate so then we made a pi chart with the whole grade and I had my private one.
My arabian nights story
I feel proud of my Arabian Night’s piece because it actully sounds like something I would read in the book.
I think that revision is changing the story not only grammar. It might be to make it more intresting it might be the piece has no story arch. It could be changing a whole paragraph or more. Revising is making a piece better. I think that revision could change your whole piece. And it has nothing to do with grammar! It just makes it more interesting.

My letter
My letter is a rainbow J surrounded in green with a rainbow above it. It was a lot of fun to make and it was cool to make my own illuminated letter.

I didn’t know how to start for a while but then I finnaly found out my way to start and had a lot of fun with them.
My 4 Portraits
My portrait materials were Sharpie, chalk pastels, and charcoal. Then I also had one plain one. I feel proud of what I did. We took pictures of us and used a grid to line everything up. It was difficult but fun.
The Cloisters
On friday we went to the cloisters. At the Cloisters there was a lot of exquisite medival art. I always found unicorns very cool. I didn’t know that unicorns were so important to medival times. I thought they were just a fantasy. Of pink fluffy unicorns dancing on rainbows. I didn’t know they could be so brutal. But I had fun and I saw a lot of intresting art and learned a lot.
Writing Reflection
I am proud of my creative writing piece. I thought that it was an example of my best work. I worked very hard on it. I found it to be difficult to find out what you wanted to happen next because it might not make sense. I learned to write a story with more action. So it wasn’t just like a regular persons life or someone’s life who is not regular but there is no action. I think to stay at this level of work I should spend a lot of time and make sure it is 4 worthy. I found describing all the action was difficult because there was a lot going on. I learned that if you add a little bit of action. And I think I can improve on being more descriptive in my action and working on my editing skills.
