My Map art is a map where I cut out different places and different meanings. So I am happy at Coney Island so I cut out coney island in a circle and put a smiley face on it. I live on 16th street so I cut out 16th street in the shape of a house. I like to eat in the west village so I cut out part of the west village in the shape of a chicken leg. And a few other things.

What Should I Wear? – By Phulan
My wedding is coming up soon and I need help finding what color shawl I should wear, what color should my dress be, and what should I wear in general. If you want a new shawl I recommend getting one that matches your eye color. My eye color is gold so I am wearing a gold shawl to my wedding. A shatoosh is very hard to find, but if you find one should buy it. They don’t make them anymore. But a shatoosh is very pretty. There are so few wild goats and nobody has the patience to gather the chin hairs from the bushes where they graze. Even the richest man in Pakistan can’t afford to buy a shatoosh. (pg. 73)
Best Friends
I wrote a poem called Best Friends and here it is:

I have a few

I wrote best friends talking about how I have a lot of best friends but they are not always right there. I did it to say that if I need someone I have a lot of people to go to but not everyone that I would like to. Best Friends is a cinquain poem and it took me some time to write. The form is cinquain type 3 which means it is:

6 syllables
8 syllables
2 syllables
I wrote 4 cinquains but this one is my favorite. I really like this poem because it expresses that I have a lot of friends but when I miss one of my best friends who live across the world I can go see one of them that lives nearby.
My creative writing piece
I am proud of this piece I like this piece because it was hard to come up with the story but I think that I used my imagination and it really made my piece special.
Style Composition
I chose my style because I have Irish roots and I wanted to make music to celebrate that. I learned that in Irish music that measures repeat like 4 times. I also learned that the 2 main notes in the style are G and D. And the most common instruments used in Irish folk music are the Fiddle,Tin whistle, Flute, and Uilleann pipes
We Finished Our Orange Book!!
In spanish after a year and a half we have finished our workbook!! I feel really confident in all I have learned with the book. I feel like I have made a lot of progress!
The Perfect Plate
We made a chart of what we eat for lunch and we studyed what the perfect plate was and how we could work on what we eat at lunch I learned that you need a diverse plate so then we made a pi chart with the whole grade and I had my private one.
My arabian nights story
I feel proud of my Arabian Night’s piece because it actully sounds like something I would read in the book.
I think that revision is changing the story not only grammar. It might be to make it more intresting it might be the piece has no story arch. It could be changing a whole paragraph or more. Revising is making a piece better. I think that revision could change your whole piece. And it has nothing to do with grammar! It just makes it more interesting.
My letter
My letter is a rainbow J surrounded in green with a rainbow above it. It was a lot of fun to make and it was cool to make my own illuminated letter.

I didn’t know how to start for a while but then I finnaly found out my way to start and had a lot of fun with them.
