As this draws to an end, I find myself more interested in the management part of restaurants. Where is everything coming from? how is everyone getting hired and paid? How does it function smoothly? These are all questions that will not be answered by this project. As I want to be an actor in life I will most likely be very close to the restaurant business so this project is a good one as it introduced me to that field. My essential question is partly answered but I will have to see how strong the answer is with this coming week.
