  1. Great – really appreciate this insight into your thought processes, and I’m glad that the article was helpful in some small part for you. Or at least it was familiar! I think a key point in addition to recognizing yourself is to think about how you can work on making changes in your work process so that you can fight the instant gratification monkey. For instance, the article recommended making more specific goals for yourself. How did the rest of your week go?
