Traveling

One of my biggest interests is traveling.  Over the summer I traveled to many different places, but my favorite was visiting my hometown, Los Angeles. In LA I saw some old friends, visited tourist attractions, stopped by some of my favorite shoe stores, and ate at one of my favorite restaurants.  Seeing my old friends was weird but fun because I haven’t seen them in a long time.  At first, we had dinner and then we hung out and played.  It didn’t take long for all the memories to come back and feel like I never left.  My friend Brayan came with me to LA and it was his first time being in LA.  We decided to take him to the Hollywood sign, see the stars, and show him our old house.  It was fun being a tour guide and showing him all my favorite spots.  We ended the trip stopping by my favorite shoe store and eating at my favorite restaurant called In and Out Burger.   When it was time to head to the airport, I was in shock that the trip was already over.  I thought it was one of the best trips I have taken to LA and was sad to leave.  During the trip I felt as if I had never left and discovered that LA will always be a second home to me.  I was able to build on old memories and make new ones.  I can’t wait to travel back to LA and more places.
