The second part of my weekly assignment was to compare feedback from the 2019 survey and the 2020 survey. I spent this time going over each new employees onboarding process and I looked at the feedback they gave along the process. I also looked at how the process changed based on employee feedback. This was less fun because I just spent time looking at data and comparing it. One thing that I noticed that I never gave much thought to before was the importance of feedback.

The third part of my weekly assignment was to look at the process of integrating teams working in the U.S. with teams working in Croatia and other countries. This particular company has offices and employees in different parts of the world and one of the things they have to focus on is being able to work together across different cultures. My job was to create a culture specifical manual on integrating Croatia and U.S. teams. The goal was to make sure that everyone knew how the other culture operated and to smooth the communication between the two.
