After I finished my COVID-19 course, I decided I was going to take COVID-19 Diagnostics and Testing course which focuses on getting “the latest recommendations on COVID-19 diagnostics and testing, and how to improve testing capacity in low-income settings.” However, this starts April 20th so I will get some extra research in before starting the second course. Along with this, I read an article Death Rate by Race/Ethnicity Group – NYC HEALTH which gave me an insight into who is being affected as of April 6th. Some of the other research that I have conducted thus far has been about the science behind coronavirus as well as health care systems around the world. So far I have studied Spain, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, South Korea, China, and the United States. I looked up the top places that got coronavirus and based my research from there. I have attached my notes below. Along with this, I started writing down a list of what I want to look at and what research I need to conduct closer to the end of my project because everything is changing.
