Since Tuesday I’ve been focusing on preparing the final product for the pickle recipe. This was hard as it was sort of a prototype for what I would be doing for the rest of the recipes so I wasn’t totally clear yet on how to do things and what to do. At first I spent a lot of time attempting to put together a video, but through that process I realized that creating a video each week would really slow down my project and was kind of infeasible considering the amount of time it had taken just to compile the things I needed without even editing. Today I switched the things I’d prepared for the video over to a blog format which I feel much better about. I also completed the first lab for my class on Thursday, where I found the formula for my oven’s true temperature by melting sure. Turns out it’s 16 degrees hotter than it says.
