All groups MUST inform their teachers about upcoming fieldwork visits using the Social Justice Fieldwork Google Calendar. Visits that ARE NOT entered into the Google Calendar with advance notice will not proceed as planned. (If your fieldwork is after school or on the weekend, please also enter an appointment for our records).
**Please note: Google Calendar appointments have REPLACED the formally required email to teachers.
Requirements for the Google Calendar Appointment:
- NAME OF SOCIAL JUSTICE GROUP
- FIRST NAMES OF EACH GROUP MEMBER ATTENDING
- DESTINATION OF FIELDWORK
- DATE OF FIELDWORK
- TIME LEAVING AND RETURNING TO SCHOOL (factor in travel time)
