What I did:

we went uptown to Columbia. We walked around and saw the wonderful campus. I saw some great sports writers talk about sports and taking action. Ray hogan is a true insperation

What I learned:

that at the time there wasa big debate onthe maryalnd coach, his player has a heat stroke. the talk was if he was overplayed.

What I learned about Social Justice “work” and/or Civil and Human rights “work” from this fieldwork:

that many athletes are scared to not speak out even though they should.
