What I did:

My group mates and I helped Stop Handgun violence set up their website.

What I learned:

I learned a lot about what Stop Handgun Violence does as an organization and how they strive to educate people about gun violence. It was super cool to see what they did and how we could help.

What I learned about Social Justice “work” and/or Civil and Human rights “work” from this fieldwork:

I learned a lot about what it takes to be an organization that deals with a social justice issue. When talking with there director I learned about what they go through and how their organization works. They strive to educate people. That is one of the most important things that we can do.
