On Monday, February 5th our group plus Josh interviewed Matthew Bolton who works with an organization called ICAN which helps try to prevent nuclear proliferation. Matthew Bolton has been working towards anti-proliferation and has made multiple discoveries in this field. He has won a Nobel Peace Prize for his work on this topic. In our interview, we asked multiple questions relating to our topic such as “How did you find your interest in this topic” and many more detailed questions. From his answers, we received valuable information that was very helpful and interesting. We also found out a variety of facts that we had no idea even related to nuclear proliferation like racism, classism, and discrimination in general.
