My Experience with the MCNY trip

We visited the MCNY I found this trip to be alright. we started off in the lobby which had pictures from various periods on the walls. then we got put into two groups, group A and group B I was in group A. Group B went first then Group A did, when the tour started they took us up a lot of floors to a hallway with art all along the walls. they made us sit on the wall and make pins with a design of our cap project on them.

we walked into a room connected to the hallway it had a bunch of stands a projector playing video on it and some benches. we walked to the back of the room where we got a presentation about the origins of the lgbtq movement. then we moved to another station that talked about women’s rights history. and finally, we went to the station about the start of disability rights activism. then we went back downstairs got our stuff and left.
