What I learned about Social Justice “work” and/or Civil and Human rights “work” from this fieldwork:
Tema Staig, the director of women in media, spoke on a panel and talked about holding men accountable and making systemic change. Congresswomen Maxine Waters and Barbara Lee also spoke on leadership and making change.
