Reflection:

What I learned about Social Justice “work” and/or Civil and Human rights “work” from this fieldwork:

One of the pros of a teacher unions, and most unions is that they advocate for the people in their organization. They are able to do more, than one person can. They help protect their members, get better working conditions and better wages. The bad thing, is that they make schools less flexible. Schools have to follow the teacher unions guide lines, making them stay closed longer than they would other wise.

I'm in 8th grade right now, I'm a student and LREI. I was born in New York State. I like to play video games and read books. I also love to play soccer, I have a brother named Sawyer.
