In November of 2016 our group went on an interview with Donna Dees who was one of the people who started the Million Mom March. We were very excited to interview her about her work, but the important reason why we met with her was to talk about a potential screening of the new movie Newtown. This movie is about the Newtown shooting and the parents who lost their children. This Movie is a great resource for information. We learned that in Vermont you could own a gun at sixteen years of age. There are no rules in Maine against people carrying guns into public areas. We found this very crazy because of how young and easy people can carry and get guns.
