On November 18th, our group went to Lafayette street to meet with New Yorkers Against Gun Violence. We left sometime during school and used our trusty google maps to help us find our way. Once we arrived there we were surprised because it was a old fire station. At first, we doughted that that was the office so we called Leah to confirm. We buzzed the 3rd floor and walking to the elevator. The loft was super cool looking, it was all new and old. At first we were kinda lost until a lady in a meeting pointed us in the right direction. Leah sat us down and went to go grab some papers before we started talking. It was a pretty short but we got a lot out of it. We mostly talked about the meeting we were going to have with our admissions also we talked about the baic problems with guns. It was short and sweet.
