Things to do to relieve stress! If you are overwhelmed or stressed about upcoming tests or projects, do some of these things to relieve stress.

  1. Take deep breaths

Deep breaths will help you relax before a test.

     2. Study more

Studying more will help you be more confident in the information on the test.

     3. Massage your hands

This will help you relax and calm down

     4. Try to go over things before you take a test

This will make you more confident in your knowledge

     5. Draw

This will take your mind off of the test

     6. Drink water

Drinking water will help to focus your mind on something else

     7. Tell yourself positive things

Positive self-talk is the road to great things

     8. Talk to friends

Talking will take your mind off of the test

     9. Listen to Music

Listening to music will calm you down

    10. Talk to your Teachers

Talking to your teachers will help you get your mind off of the test
