1.

In the textbook, complete activity 2, p. 65.

Write out your answers in the same format as the example in the book.

2.

We will have our “petit dejeuner au cafe” on Thursday morning. Students will ask questions and order in French so that the pastries can be purchased and eaten. Practice your vocabulary…

*I need a total of 40 pastries. The possibilities are: des croissants, des pains au chocolat, des tartes, des “cream puffs”, des eclairs, etc. Please sign up with me during IWP tomorrow (Tuesday) if you would like to bring in something. There will be several opportunities to do this during the year, so everyone does not need to bring in food.

If 8 people sign up to bring in 6 items each, we will have more than enough.

3.

Please bring in Euros to use in our “cafe”. Write down what you are donating so that you can get it back  at the end of the class.

le 21 septembre

Complete pages 43 and 44 in the workbook. If you have already done this, please check it over.

It will be counted as a quiz. Use your textbook for vocabulary spelling.

L6:

If you want to improve your French presentation part of the project, thoses corrections are due no later than Friday morning (tomorrow.)

Note: There will be some points taken off for lateness, but it is better to do a very good job than to turn in something that is not well done.

F6:

Some of you did not turn in your French answers about the visual, nor have I seen the rough drafts. I will not accept those after tomorrow, and if they were not turned in today there are points off of that part of the project. See note above.

le 18 mai

F6:

Projects should be almost done. I need to see your power point or poster by tomorrow, if you haven not shown it to me yet.

The French questions are due in rough draft form tomorrow so that you can make corrections.

We will go over the textbook exercises from last week as well. Please bring your books and the work.

L6:

Presentations are tomorrow. Limit it to 10 minutes please.

le 17 mai

You should be done or almost done with the power point or poster in English. The ones that I have seen so far are quite good.

Begin your visual part of your project and be ready to start answering the French questions (in class tomorrow) that you copied today.

Bring the materials for your visual to school so that you can work on it tomorrow (if you want.)

This is all due on Wednesday for L6 and Thursday for F6.

le 13 mai

L6 and F6:

For Monday:

1. You should have your poster or power point completed by Monday so that you will have time to work on the visual and the French responses to the questions that you will get. All 50 facts must be incorporated; that can be in paragraph form or bullets (in complete sentences). A bibliography must be included.

2. Complete activity 11 on p. a57 in the textbook.
