M8 and S8:

Your video must be recorded and uploaded tomorrow. I will be away with the 7th grade until 1:30. You will have a sub, and she has been told what you will be doing.

Steve N. is expecting you ASAP before homeroom to set up the computer and the video. There may be a conflict with cameras, so if you have one that you can use, please bring it. A laptop might also work; ask Steve.

After practicing and recording, it must be put onto the server so we can all view it.

Matan and Ivo are in charge of that in each class. You all may assist them.

I need a final copy of your script given to the sub so she can put it into my mailbox.

ALSO: meet me in the lobby at 2:20 to go out (not sure about both classes; Steve V. released you if you are in his class. Please check with core-I sent an email earlier today.) BRING MONEY!!!

I need your books turned in (textbook) and reflections if you did not send me one.

S8: I need ALL of your final corrections by 7 PM tonight . You will be working on your video of the Un Ete tomorrow during class. This is due at the end of day  Wednesday. I need it to be uploaded to the server so that we can watch it on the computer.

I will also need a final printed draft of each script.

You are responsible for setting up the video; be sure to reserve one in advance.

M8:

You MUST show me your edits today. Nobody except Alma emailed the final draft. This was due on Sunday!

You must have the final draft organized and ready to video on Wednesday. It is due at the end of the day on Wednesday and uploaded to the server on by Thursday morning at 8:30. Remember that this is a final test grade.

See me at IWP tomorrow if you have a question about your edits. See comment above about the video set-up.

For both M8 and S8: Your final drafts of Un Ete are due at the end of the class tomorrow.

I will put up the specifics in a little while. Meanwhile, work on the parts that you were told today in class.

M8 and S8:

Please have your various parts of your Un Ete chapter typed up into one document for the class tomorrow. I would like to read it and see how it flows at the very start of class so you can edit and add new material.

The final draft is due by the end of class on Friday. The video is to be turned in on next Wednesday for both groups. We will view it at some point next week, depending on the class schedules.

REFLECTIONS WERE DUE OVER A WEEK AGO. IF YOU HAVE NOT EMAILED ONE TO ME YOU WILL GET A HOMEWORK SLIP ON FRIDAY!!!

Both groups must email me the following (in English) by tomorrow at 8 :30 AM:

1. Your plot of your Un Ete chapter, which includes the following:

-the conflict

-the resolution

-the setting(s)

-the characters

2. M8
I need the specific assignments from the students in M8 that you were given today also emailed to me by Sunday so I can take a look and be ready to give it back to you on Tuesday.

3. S8

Check the blog tomorrow to find out your specific assignment once I get the topic. If you are sending me an idea it needs to be sent by 7 PM tonight. Otherwise I will pick the student who gets to decide.

S8 and M8:

I will be at Jury Duty again tomorrow. So…

S8: You should be done with all of the chapters already, or finish them for tomorrow. I will take them all up as soon as I get back to school tomorrow afternoon. I will ask the sub to take all of the chapters (11-20) from each of you.

Begin discussing the final chapter that you will write as a class. Come up with a plan together and I will give you a rubric within the next two days so that you will know the expectations. This is a major grade for this quarter.

M8:

This (above work) will be due by the end of the class on Wednesday. I hope that I am back to school by then!

M8: 

Finish C in lesson 16, Un Ete. Read and be ready to discuss chapter 18.

In the petit cahier, complete exercises 8 and 9 o p. 52.

S8:

The samein Un Ete as M8 EXCEPT:

Also do E for chapter 16 and read chapter 17.

Petit cahier is the same.

S8:

Read chapters 15 and 16 in Un Ete and complete exercises A and B for both chapters.

M8:

 Un Ete, chapter 16, A and B.

S8:

Dans le petit cahier, completez les exercises 21 et 22 a la page 46. Ecrivez 10 phrases pour 22.

M8:

La meme (the same) et lisez chapitre 16/faites A et B.
