Study the verbs and expressions on pages 74 and 78 in the textbook.

Also, study page63 in the petit cahier.

Read over the five responses that we worked on during the listening activity today.

Based on the meaning of each sentences, write a question for each one that would get the proper response.

1. Write out questions and answers for the pictures on page 60 in the petit cahier.

Two of the responses must be in the negative form.

This is due on Thursday.

You will have a total of 14 sentences. They will included the following structures:

Question-“Est-ce que tu aimes + a verb infinitive”?

Response-“J’aime+verb infinitive”. OR “Je n’aime pas + verb infinitive”.

Use the correct verbs that are illustrated by the pictures.

2. For those of you whom I spoke to about this assignment, please write a paragraph explaining 5 activities that you do, indicting 3 of which you like, and 2 which you do not like. (DO NOT DO THE ASSIGNMENT IN THE WORKBOOK.) Write a sentence for each activity explaining WHY you like or dislike it: (This can be an Extra Credit assignment for anyone doing the activity above as well.)

Examples:

J’aime danser. C’est amusant.

J’aime ecouter la radio. J’adore la musique.

Je n’aime pas parler italien. Je ne comprends pas l’italien!

There are a number of ways to express your ideas. This is an opportunity to use the level of French that you know, so your sentences can be as complex as you wish, but they must be accurate.

In the petit cahier (workbook) complete all of page 62. Use your textbook to help with the verb spelling.

Your Review Unit Test is tomorrow! Study, study, study.

You should have all of the necessary information since we have spent the whole quarter working on this.

1. Study the clocks in your textbook on pages 56 and 58. Know the expressions well, both orally and written.

Be ready for an EXTRA CREDIT activity on Thursday. Spelling will count!

2. Complete G and H in the packet for the next class.

In the new Telling Time packet, finish A, B, and C for the next class. Pay attention to the spelling details!
