I notice that our diet is not how it should be. A lot of us are eating to much  grain even though it it can be helpful. I learned that having a lot of protein is bad for you. I now know what to eat during lunch to be healthy. Our fruit went up and so did dairy. Sadly grain stayed the same, that is bad because we are having too much. Veggies went down and so did protein. We needed to eat more veggies but we ate less. We are eating the perfect amount of protein.
