Humanities Chronological Order

In Humanities, we took index cards with events from the big bang until now and put them in chronological order. This really helped me because I had forgotten some of the little things that are still really important. I learned that even if you think you remember everything, you can refresh your memory and you will learn something new. Also, the little things are really important. Some little things involved smaller time periods in which events were close to each other. For example, an object the size of Mars hit the Earth. The Earth swallowed up most of it, but the debri created the Moon. The moon created both seasons, and turned the Earth’s 6 hour days to 24 hour days. But we had to figure out whether the seasons, or 24 hour days came first. This was really helpful because I could get all the little things sorted out.
