Update on Progress from Weeks 1-3 (include any photos or video if relevant):

Since Daniel and I didn’t meet the first two weeks we were back from school (because school was closed), we started meeting on April 16th. But, in the time leading up we were figuring out how our honors project was going to work since it was now online, and also I had homework in preparation so that when we started meeting, we would hit the ground running.

Update on Progress from Weeks 4-6 (include any photos or video if relevant):

In the first few weeks of meeting, Daniel and I have been preparing to talk about the Cardiovascular system by briefly starting with overviews of Cell Biology, Genes, and Hematology. More recently, some topics that we have covered are Erythrocytes, Hemostasis, Blood Typing, and Heart Anatomy. I have learned about all of this not only through conversations with Daniel during our meetings, but also through other resources including online textbooks, educational videos, and more.

Update on Progress from Weeks 7-9 (include any photos or video if relevant):

In the last couple of weeks of the project, Daniel and I have been talking about Electrical Activity pertaining to the Heart. During the first week of this benchmark we talked about the Contractile System and Electric Conduction, and the second week we talked about Gas Exchange. We weren’t able to meet during this last week of classes, but I have been working on my poster.
