This week, on Monday, December 3rd, “The Cher Show” opened. A new teaser for “Moulin Rouge” on Broadway has been released. As well as new openings and upcoming shows, Broadway’s “School of Rock” celebrated three years. I had the wonderful opportunity to see this show and it was really one to remember. Being a fan of the original movie, I really enjoyed the live show.
Musical of the Week
In honor of the show’s opening, this week’s “Musical of the Week” is “The Cher Show”. The show’s book is written by Rick Elice, choreographed by Christopher Gattelli and is directed by Jason Moore. The show is a tribute to a well known icon, Cher. The show tells us about Cher’s journey to stardom. The show stars Stephanie J. Block as Cher and is full of bright lights and costumes. If you are aware of or are a fan or Cher and her music I highly recommend seeing this show. Even if you don’t know anything about Cher, it is a great show to see with parents or older people in your life.

Although this show may not be appropriate for some, the show can be a good idea for older show fans you may now.
