As class trips hit the middle school, the Seventh Graders are particularly excited for the infamous, Williamsburg trip. Everyone has heard stories about the adventure but the one thing none of us expected was mini golfing and swimming on the first night. With fun comes education though, and we are ready to learn. We are visiting a re-creation of the colonial town Williamsburg, and what is amazing is that we are actually experiencing what we are learning. This trip is an example of progressive education, and it should help us with our future colonial America project. As the once great Marlowe Glass said “Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.” I can tell you, everyone is excited and ready to learn on this trip that is also an adventure.
