ASMR stands for “autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”. This means ASMR refers to a nice tingling sensation that you can experience when you hear a soft voice or when you hear soothing sounds like tapping, brushing, whispering, chewing and more. The sensation of tingling usually starts at the back of your head/your neck and then moves down to your spine and into your limbs to relax you. People also have their own ASMR triggers. An ASMR trigger is a stimuli(something that causes an reaction in an organ/tissue) that causes a reaction in the brain. I will be taking you on a relaxing journey through the school day with ASMR. Enjoy!
