- Timer
You May Want:
- Mini M&M’s
- Crushed oreos

Ingredients:
- About 2 pints premium or homemade vanilla ice cream
softened until spreadable but not melted.

Directions:
- Cover a cake pan with parchment paper covering all parts of the pan with a little hanging over the sides (so you can pull the ice cream out of the pan).
- Scoop all of the ice cream into the pan and spread it around evenly to all sides and put it into the freezer until hardened (about 1 hour – 2 hours)
- Take the ice cream out of the freezer when completely hardened. Lift ice cream from pan and put it onto a plate big enough to fit the whole bar of ice cream. Cut into equal pieces and put the plate back into the freezer for ½ hour.
- While the ice cream is in the freezer, melt 1 ½ bags of chocolate chips in a big enough bowl to fit one square of ice cream.
- Set out a big enough piece of parchment paper Take the ice cream out of the freezer and stab an ice cream chunk with a fork and dip into melted chocolate. You can cover each mini ice cream bar in m&m’s, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, mini marshmallows, and anything else you would like to decorate your ice cream bars with. You can also drizzle bars with leftover chocolate or something else. Put bars into freezer for 15 min to ½ hour.
