Every Friday afternoon, from 2:15 to 3:00, the Glee Club meets in the world language room.  The Glee Club consists of many enthusiastic singers who all want to spend their last 45 minutes of the day sitting together in a room singing songs.  We share our opinions on our favorite singers and songs, and usually have playful arguments telling one another why we are correct. All of this commotion ends when we take out our music sheets and start to sing. Our melodies may be awkward at first, but everyone blends into one; fifth graders, sixth graders, seventh graders and eighth graders alike, high voices or low voices, soft or strong voices, it doesn’t matter as long as we are singing.  For the last 45 minutes of the week, 12 kids sing their hearts out to happily signify the end of another good week at LREI.
