A: Idk man, Idk. A lot of kids in our school listen to the assemblies and think that they now know everything and are very woke when in reality they do some of the same things they are told is wrong. However, I do think that the many of the people in our school are more woke than the majority of people in a lot of other schools, because of how much we talk about a large range of issues and current events. When I talk to some of my friends outside of school, I notice that even though they are “well meaning” and understand what is obviously racist and wrong, they still microaggress pretty often; which I have noticed more since starting high school. So maybe some people in our school are still ignorant, but a big part of our school is or is on their way to becoming, woke. It’s a process to become conscious of all these issues.
