Docent talk at Brooklyn Museum

 

Hi People!!!

I gave an Egyptian docent talk about materials and my experience was annoying and good. I felt annoyed  because when I started to talk a lot of people from different schools kept taking pictures and yelling and screaming. So I had to yell really loud for my classmates to hear me. It felt good because my classmates kept asking questions. That meant  they were listening.   One thing I learned about note-taking is that I have to say the sentences  in my own way . When it comes to taking notes, I used to put what is in the book  but now I say the sentences in my own ways . I learned how to avoid playjerise.  One thing that is still challenging for me about note taking is to know if the info you take is true.
