This is my mandarin video project. For this project, my group mates and I made a video on the dragon boat festival in China. It was a skit and we eached played a major character in the story and we retold the story. I was the main character qu yuan. This was a very fun project and I learned very much from it.

In Mandarin we were told that the eighth graders wrote a pen pal letters to us. After we got them we had to choose one from all of the eighth graders and write back to them.

on Mandarin has been really fun this quarter. I have learned so much. My favorite thing we have done this quarter is our Tai Chi presentation. It was really fun practicing it and trying to get it perfect. I also learned so much about the Chinese culture from it.

In the third quarter we learned many things including school supplies, basic sentences, the happy birthday song, Chinese new year characters. We also had a big test that we had to study for. The third quarter was the hardest but we learned a bunch.

This is my favorite game on Quizlet. The game is called scatter. What you have to do is match the meaning with the Mandarin characters. My high score is 15.0 seconds.
on This project was for us the students to explain the pictographic characters. In the project we had to write a description about the character and how the character changed over time, also we had to show the pinyin for the 
character. My character was rì the character for the sun.
