My idea is that you are in a supermarket (Chelsea market for example). Each store is a different subject, click on the doors to go to that store.

Cool idea! Were you thinking digital? On paper? If you could add at least one more sentence to this explaining a bit more about the idea, I’d be perfect.
Also, “chelsea” should be capitalized. Make these few changes and update your post and you’ll be all set!
