- Daniel: Daniel is a very fancy elegant French restaurant owned by a man named Daniel. It has a variety of amazing expensive wines and even some to match your meal. One of the most famous dishes there is le canard a la presse in English that means pressed duck. Although that my sound disgusting it’s actually AMAZING! What it is, is they bring out a partial cooked duck and debone it in front of you, then they cook it. Then next part is they take the carcass (the left over stuff) and put it into a manual presser which takes the blood out then they cook that with red wine to make a sauce and poor it over the duck. I recommend it a lot.

- Babbo: Babbo is an amazing casual three star restaurant owned by Mario Batali. Babbo is probably the best Italian restaurants in the U.S. Babbo has a very delicate menu filled with appetizers like pigs foot to pastas like beef cheek raviolis to a main course of snapper with chorizo vinaigrette. The deserts are very simple, but amazingly great. They have panna cotta, cake and more, but my favorite is the assortment of sorbet and gelato. They have amazing flavors like green apple, olive oil, hazelnut, cinnamon and even more. Call now to get a reservation at the best Italian restaurant in the U.S.

- Momofuku Noodle Bar: Momofuku Noodle Bar is great casual restaurant owned by David Chang. This restaurant has probably the best ramen in the city. But not only does it have ramen it also has many other exotic things on the menu like, chicken liver pate, baked clams, roasted pig tails and more, but my personal favorite is the steamed pork buns. The pork buns are the second best thing, and you should really try them. They also have very weird soft serve like banana bread and chi tea. Hope you enjoy it if you go.

- Nobu: Nobu is a crazy exotic Japanese restaurant owned by Nobu Matsuhisa. Nobu is a crazy chef who loves to mix and match things that are not normal to many people. Some of their dinner menu dishes are beef with anticucho or teriyaki sauce, many types of sushi with raw fish to sea urchin and salmon eggs. One of their famous dishes is broiled black cod with miso, it may sound simple and normal, but it is amazing and cooked amazingly perfect. They don’t have spectacular deserts, but there is one that I love and it is mochi with different flavors of ice cream in it. It’s amazing and you should go.

- Chinatown Brasserie: Chinatown Brasserie is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in NYC owned by mister NG. It’s kind of crazy that one of my favorite Chinese restaurants is in Greenwich Village. It has some of the best dim sum ever. What I think is the best in the dumpling zone is shrimp and snow pea leaf dumplings the pot stickers lamb dumpling and my two favorite soup dumplings and the roast pork buns (if you go there you HAVE to order them). My other favorites are the fried rice, pao pao beef with scallions, general tso’s chicken and sautéed jumbo shrimp. If you want great deserts you may not want to go there, but still do for the amazing Chinese food.
