Recently, a 21-year-old UCLA Gymnast named Katelyn Oashi got a perfect 10 score 2019 at the Under Armour Collegiate Challenge last weekend. The routine included the songs; = “Proud Mary,” Earth, Wind & Fire’s “September,” “ABC” and some other of Michael Jackson’s hits. Gymnastics scoring is very precise, down to the last detail, so getting a perfect 10 is a very big deal. The first gymnast to get a perfect 10 was Nadia Comăneci, in 1976, some other gymnasts who have gotten a perfect 10 have been; Nellie Kim, Mary Lou Retton, and Yelena Shushunova.
