Into The Woods was a great movie with tons of fantastical moments. It isn’t what you expect in a Disney fairy tale movie. This was based on the Stephen Sondheim musical which he adapted from the cruel and gruesome fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm. Though I don’t love musicals I really liked this movie. The actors are phenomenal, I especially liked James Corden who plays The Baker. The whole cast are amazing singers, except for Johnny Depp who was okay. Also, don’t go to the movie just to see Johnny Depp he only has a cameo as the Big Bad Wolf. Meryl Streep was nominated for a Golden Globe and is nominated for an Oscar for her role as The Witch. Her performance was amazing because she could sing very well and her acting was spot on.
