Experiential Trip

Ninth grade music class on an experiential trip and a slice of cultural history @ NY Philharmonic Open Rehearsal (featuring the music of Respighi and Mozart). We learned that the NY Philharmonic orchestra, organized in 1842, and is one of America’s oldest musical institutions. NY Phil was founded almost exactly one hundred years before Elisabeth Irwin added our high school in 1940.
