Today we discussed:

• Results of the meeting with Eric Baer the chef
  • 200 new plates were ordered
  • Stained plates have been thrown away
  • New chemical wash to better clean the plates was used
  • Kevin will be giving a visual check to make sure all food debris is removed from plates
  • If students find a dirty plate, they should immediately place it in the dirty dish bin
  • We will be creating a survey to determine students’ lunch preferences and ideas
• Began conversation about possible dress code changes
• Discussed debuing this website for the middle school community
