Viewing Information for Senior Project Evening
Senior Project Evening will be presented through Zoom.
If you don’t have the Zoom client, you have the option to join the webinar and presentation room through a web browser.
Tips for Best Viewing Experience:
- Name yourself with the name submitted in the RSVP, otherwise you will not be admitted from the waiting room.
- Enter Zoom room with video off and audio on mute
- During presentations, keep your audio and video off
- During the panel discussion and Q/A, keep your audio off.
- Set your Zoom window to “Speaker View” and in the video settings select “hide non-video participants — this will give you the best viewing experience.
- As presenters share their stories or as you visit the galleries, you may have questions! Please submit those to the presentation room moderator via the Zoom chat function and they will be included in the panel.
