You should be working on your Cultural Food Project during the rest of this week for HOMEWORK.

By Thursday you should have completed the following:

1. Found a recipe from your region ( in both English and French) that you will be preparing for your presentation;

2. Found 2 additional recipes that reflect the region’s history, culture and geography;

3. Researched the history of the region and found relevant events that tie the food to the influences throughout the centuries;

For next Tuesday, you should have the research done regarding the geography and the other aspects outlined in your handout. You need to be ready to begin answering the questions in French on your worksheet in class on Tuesday of next week.

The final project will be due on Tuesday, June 3.
