A: Yes, this is anonymous to everyone including me. I have no idea who you are. And no one will because survey monkey only gives me the responses and not where they come from. However, it does record your IP address so if there is something illegal or dangerous we could trace it back to you with some tech help. Otherwise, it is anonymous.
