Description of the Project:
This project is focused on researching new innovative ways to fundraise and creating a guide so that LREI students can improve their fundraising techniques. The goal of this project is to make it easier for LREI’s social justice groups to work more effectively so that they can take on more projects with fewer issues and make an even bigger impact on the community.

Final Reflection on Learning:
I never realized how many companies provide services for people to get involved with charities or start their own fundraisers. This honors project has opened my eyes to the amount of change we can create with the community we have at LREI. LREI is a Petri dish of socially active thoughts where we focus on creating change during every subject. I have now cultivated a list of actions that back up the change we want to make within our community. I have learned that fundraising doesn’t just have to be a boring Gala, there are endless possibilities that not only encourage our community goals but will make us closer as a school.
