HS Chinese Class

Review this week for exam Wednesday 6/10 at 1PM. Exam will cover Lesson 6, 7, 8.

Exam will be Wednesday 6/9.

In case you do not have a copy of last Thursday’s homework here it is. This is due June 1.

• 6/2 and 6/3 Review Lessons 15, 16, 17, 18, 19. Make sure you know the material.

Exam will be Monday 6/7 at 1PM.

Family Storytelling

• 5/24 Start work in class and collect material at home. Finish first draft for Wednesday, 5/26.
• 5/26 Check first draft in class. Edit and use Chinese to write your story. Due 5/27.
• 5/27 Finish editing. Practice Oral. Homework: Prepare to present on 6/2.

Written:

A: Write your family story going back three generations. You are welcome to edit last trimester’s family story. You should now include the job title, some reference to transportation. Include as much other details as you can such as where they are from, what they look like.

B: Present in class via iMovie or Powerpoint.

10^th Grade Special Project —— 我的暑假 My Summer Break

Assignment:  Plan a trip to another city for your upcoming summer break. Give a general introduction about the weather and seasons of the city you are going to, the activities you will engage in while there. The weather you expect and the clothing you will need. You will present your project in PowerPoint or Video.

Reference Material: Textbook Lesson 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9.

Vocabulary Bank:
