1. Read Beowulf chapter 10. Be ready to discuss it on Monday.

2. Find one scene from Beowulf that you really like, that speaks to you, and illustrate it. You must do the following:
a. Use color in your illustration (color pencils, crayons, markers, images from magazines) and create illustration on a piece of construction paper.
b. Write a three sentences your illustration that will help explain the what you drew. You may also use a quote to help explain what you drew.
c. Your illustration must be neat and ready to be displayed in the classroom.
