I’ve been using Three Ring with my music classes. It is an excellent tool for capturing the student process and then allowing for students to access what is captured. Teachers can also provide commentary/feedback on anything that is captured and shared.  It is super easy to use!

This may be a good tool to allow advisors to capture and catalogue student progress. It also could generate plenty of material for a student to add to her digital portfolio.
